ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Oral presentations will be given in Aquatic Ecosystems Research Laboratory (AERL), ROOM 120, which is close to the EOS lobby
(AERL IS AT 2202 Main Mall - basically directly
across from EOS, on the east side of Main Mall). PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR TALK IN PPT FORMAT TO ONE OF THE STUDENT
VOLUNTEERS IN AERL120 BY 5PM ON THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR TALK AT THE LATEST, OR BY 7:45AM ON THE MORNING OF 19 JUNE,
IF YOUR TALK IS ON THE 19TH. YOU WILL BE ABLE
TO CHECK YOUR TALK BEFORE THE SESSIONS BEGIN IN THIS ROOM.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
POSTERS SHOULD BE DISPLAYED FOR THE DURATION OF THE MEETING IN THE LOBBY OF THE EOS BUILDING. The poster boards are 6 foot (183 cm) long and 4 foot (122 cm) high, and so will accommodate either one
A0 landscape poster, two portrait format A0 posters or a smaller poster size of your choice!
COFFEE/TEA BREAKS:
Morning coffee and afternoon tea breaks will be held in the lobby of the EOS building.
