On-site Registration


Please visit the registration desk as soon as you arrive on UBC campus to pick up your welcome pack, which contains the conference program, abstracts, details of mid-conference field trip and BBQ, and receipt for fees paid.
The registration desk is located in the main lobby of the EOS (Earth and Ocean Sciences) building on the UBC campus, and will be staffed at the following times:


18 June: 4pm-8pm
19 June: 8am-noon
20 June: 8am-noon

If for some reason the desk is unstaffed during these times, please grad one of the student volunteers (identified by their black t-shirts) or one of the conveners in the EOS lobby or the nearby AERL 120 lecture hall.

If you have not registered before arriving on campus, the costs are $250 for students and $275 for non-students.


You can pay by cheque, which should be made payable to 'VII2 Meeting 2007' and given to Dr Ian Skilling.

While you are on the UBC campus, you can access the UBC network using a special CampusWide Login (CWL) for the duration of the conference (ask at the conference for details)
